Construction Design
For new builds and renovations: interior and exterior selections, documentation, and construction coordination, guided by Rose's construction background. Decisions get made with the build in mind, not retrofitted around it.
This is where Rose's construction background earns its place in every project. Construction Design is the foundation of what Z. Domus does; a comprehensive interior design service that runs alongside your build from pre-construction through installation, with Rose actively involved at every stage where a design decision has construction consequences.
Most designers come in after the structure is set. Rose comes in before, which means she can influence the decisions that actually shape what's possible later…floor plan details, architectural elements, material specifications that need to be built around rather than retrofitted. Early involvement isn't an upsell. It's where the value is.
Throughout the build, Rose coordinates directly with your contractor and trades as needed, translating between design intent and construction reality so nothing gets lost between the drawing and the field. When the project is done, it looks exactly as designed. Because it was built to be.

Construction Design creates the bones. Luxury Furnishings is what makes the space yours. This service covers the full interior: furniture, fabrics, lighting, accessories, artwork, and the custom pieces that can't be found anywhere because they were designed specifically for your space.
The Z. Domus furnishings process starts with a discovery phase, understanding how you live, what draws you in, and what you want to feel when you walk into a room. From there, Rose and her team move into a detailed design proposal: every piece considered in context, presented with renderings and physical samples so you can see it before you commit to it.
This service pairs naturally with Construction Design. Rose designed the space, so she's best positioned to finish it. But it also works as a standalone engagement for existing homes ready for something new.
